Ingredients: Passionflower, Skullcap, Chamomile, Oat straw, Hops. Red Rose

Directions: Add two large heaped teaspoons of  Tea into your teapot.
Cover with boiling water.  Steep for 15 to 30 minutes
Drink one hour before bed. Drink for best effect drink 2 to 3 cups afternoon onwards.
Avoid coffee.

Contraindications: avoid high doses with estrogen sensitive breast cancer.
Caution with Depression.
Supervision through pregnancy and lactation
